It's great when it works. Pan, night vision, and sound are all great features.

It only works 25% of the time. It either says "connecting " or a big red 'x' appears on the camera indicating it isn't available. I know it's not my wireless connection when I'm using it in the other room. The motion detector notification doesn't work...

!st DCS-5009L DLINK camera I bought last month is still working,which made me jump at this sale of 2 cameras.

2nd DLINK DCS-5009L setup easy, but stopped working within 5 minutes.

Great camera for the money. Help from D-Link was outstanding after iOS 9 added to my iPhone 4s.

Camera came on time. I was able to get excellent service from dlink tech support with AR004214 ( Breagan ). Stayed on the phone was very patient and knowledgeable and provided excellent service in getting me online. Thanks so much

Was not as simple to setup, needed additional steps.

Tech AR004296 - from DLink - Cameras stopped receiving remotely. Tech walked me thru Firmware update and got camera working again. Stayed on the phone until 100% resolution.

Each camera in my system will have to be individually updated.

Quality of viewing is ok For the money -- Pan & tilt feature is worth its weight in gold. Plus it can zoom in - Take pic's and detect motion or sound if you want it to - It will also email you -
