Received my computer, loaded the required programs... and can't get it to work. It boots, and immediately freezes. Have to shut off and reboot.

This is a great machine, for an okay price. The only negative I could say is the mouse pad is a bit unresponsive at times. But otherwise you can't ask for more for the money.
