I bought this product to use with my Packard Bell netbook. The drive is very quiet and loads quickly. I bought it to watch films etc and have not had any problems since my purchase. It uses 2 USB drives for optimum performance as there is no seperate...

none, a great product for the money.

Just plug it in and it works. Unclear as to why it has two USB plugs, but it seems to work fine either with one or both plugged in, when using Win7. Perhaps the second plug is for another OS..?

Seems well enough made, so none really.

my note book didnt pick it up usb cable too short

Just plug in and go....it's that easy!
