No flow regulator on the input hose. The drain hose was flimsy and needed reinforcement.

Clothes come out very dry. It is not noisy. Has a very quick program which has spoilt me in trying the others.

Instructions on how to use were not easy to find and very basic. Unable to give everything a 10 as still trying to understand how it works.

This machine was a replacement for my 7 year old whirlpool which had stopped working so I was happy with the cycles provided and cycle times and ease of use.

As (I presume) a cost cutting exercise the waste discharge pipe was a lot shorter than my last one for the same machine. My husband had to buy and fit an extension pipe. Not ideal to have to join this sort of pipe. Make sure of the length of waste pipe...

Easy to use and understand

It counts down the time on the wash cycle! The 95 degree wash is great for allergy sufferers for bedding and towels!

Not a very big load

30 minute Quick Wash @ 30 degrees, most of our washing is completed with this function unless it's really soiled sports kit etc. Badly stained clothes have the option of Rapid Wash, 2 hours in stead of 4. I had a massive black oil stain on my new jeans...

getting rid of it

customer service from whirlpool on a 3 month old machine was shocking. i ended up dumping it and bought another make. i will never have a Hotpoint/Whirlpool/Creda machine again
