The washer is excellent and fairly quiet. During the 18 months I have had the machine, I have had to call the engineer out 7 times, as the dryer keeps failing. It is still not working correctly and I would not recommend this machine.

This is a really good (and quiet) machine that washes clothes brilliantly.Has the full range of programs I can imagine you would ever need.One thing to point out - not really a criticism more of a 'characteristic' - the drying is determined by time...

We had a Neff previously, but this model is far superior. The programe is very flexible and there are more washing/drying options than the previous model had.We have had washer/driers for a long time and this is by far the best machine we have ever had.

Our recent purchase of a Neff integrated washer/dryer has proved to be very successful - easy to use with clear programme instructions and excellent results on washes.
