Liked the user interface which was well thought out. Unit felt strong but annoyed with continual breakdowns and out of balance issues resulting in an hour in front of machine draining water from unit thru hose which performed like a prostate challenged...

Not woth it. I would not recommend it to any one and will not buy any Samsung in furutre. It has been a pain.

When we have to drain the water out (due to breakdown while washing is inside), its at floor level, the short hose means you have to tilt the machine backwards (tech did it), unreliable machine, very disappointed

dont ever ever ever buy this machine it breaks down all the time $1100 piece off junk is now at the tip and was only 2.5 years old

Would not buy another Samsung washing machine. Should have bought a cheaper front loader that does not have the 'Silver Nano' technology. Quite a poor machine for the price that you pay.
