The bad. It takes a while to figure out drying time so that the clothes do not get extremely wrinkled.. There is no fluffyness to the dry since it uses extreme heat. Set up is easy if your floor is even, becuase stabalizing the machine so it doesnt...

Great Product! Solves issue of not having vent and saves me from visiting laundrymat. Drying time is longer than standard dryer but you can set the cycles leave, and have clean dry clothes when I come back later.

LG really has done a nice job with this product. The quality is top notch.You get what you pay for.
