Easy to operate

On one programme the soap capsule didn’t dissolve completely and was stuck to an item of clothing.

Hotpoint great customer services very prompt,bought matching due to the reviews of others,it’s is good apart from few problems have had,would buy directly from hotpoint in future not curry’s!

Came with a bash and didn’t notice wouldn’t deal with curry’s again due to this as they were not helpful or interested in rectifying the problem,kept passing me over to hotppoint(who I may add were extremely helpful) but outwith their control,few...

Quiet and easy to use. Hope it lasts 15+ years like my old Hotpoint.

Rather disappointed with length of some of the cycles. Will only use those when absolutely essential.

Quick, quiet and overall looks good

Wish it showed the temperature of the wash rather than having to get the book out each time. It shows on 1 or 2 programs but not all

Very annoying sounds

Wash times say for eg 12minutes and when you start it it says 60 minutes So you can't really quickly rinse things
