Bosch WAT24420GB

Loving this washing machine - although this maybe partly due to having kept my old one going for too long. This has a wide door, large drum, easy to use and so quiet!

I've only had a short time but just seems to have some soapy water in the door well sometimes, at end of wash - have sometimes put on to rinse & spin again. My ancient machine often did this so I'm wondering whether the drainpipe is too slow. Will have...

Nice and quiet on washing and spin cycles. The cycle times adjust to the amount of washing you have so not always the full 3 hours on the cotton wash , but you can get more clothes in, so you have fewer washes to do - excellent!

Easy to use

Not sure I like the fact it weighs the washing and only put a small amount of water in, takes longer than my old machine which lasted 24 years so this better perform as well

hope BOSCH is still a reliable brand. chose lower spin speed - believe machine is less likely to develop faults/ will last longer
