seal keeps coming out, cant handle a full load of towels

We had several wash with this machine since last week, so far so good. We had foam leaked from the detergent drawer on 1st use thaz becuz we were using regular washing powder, switched to front loader powder 2nd wash and it worked perfect.

The LCD display seem very fragile as if you put your fingertip on it you will see the irregular messy display of the numerical number and english characters.

The only thing we have noticed so far is that the towels don't seem to come out as soft as they did in our Kleenmaid top loader, but this may be because top loaders stress the material more.
