Overall, this is a good option if you have a large household and don't have much to spend. It's not perfect, but it's very flexible and very cheap.

major repairs 3 times. Insurance Policy policy after first repair: 3rd repair took 6-7 weeks to resolve insurance company were hopeless. actually told me 'they just pay they invoice'

Very very noisy had a lot of issues decides to add other unasked for programmes to the wash. Engineer been out countless times with excuse put to much in don't put enough in basically not going to do anything about it

To be honest, i love the Becko range, even though its a no thrills product. I mean it not your hotpoint or your Indisit. It is still a good quality product. I have also a fridge by Becko and its lasted me for years with no problems. Touch wood.

The bad points is the name.

So pleased with the new machine! It's large, quiet and easy to use. Good cleaning too.

Wish it had a half load option and a quick rinse programme ie 2 minutes for a very small load.

I know now ,to never buy a Beko washing machine again.

I did not like the build quality and trying to get a spare part was a nightmare.
