So easy to put together out of the box. Easy to follow instructions. Carpets come up like new. Saves a load of money on hiring a machine or getting a professional in.

Not a bad point - but just that the tanks are small and may need refilling/emptying to complete a whole room - but it is compact.

Shampoo capacity, at about 2 litres (3 1/2 pints), could have been better and would need constant refilling if a large carpet area is to be cleaned.

Easy to put together and use, make sure you read the instructions completely before use. Found it easy to use

Clean water tank was a little awkward to get on at first but after a few times worked well. Leaks a little after use and whilst using it if left to stand, so be careful.

With my particular one the clean water container needs a little persuasion to click home and its a bit noisy,these are comments rather than criticisms overall it's a first class buy

Lightweight and cleans very well. Very pleased with performance.

Water containers are a little fiddly - plastic locating pieces look like they might break if not located properly - time will tell.

doesnt really pick anything up.probably picks up about a fifth of the water it puts down.also there is not a revolving brush to revitalise the carpet
