To be honest it's rubbish. About 10 mins cleaning time before you have to refill. You have to wait for it to cool down before you can refil. Not a product I would recommend .

Made easy work of cleaning the work top with the brush tool. Good for small jobs around the house.

I bought this item about 2 weeks ago after getting use of a family members. Such a hand tool for cleaning almost anything i'v used it on tiles, windows, car parts, floors etc pretty much anything. light weight and very well designed to be comfortable...

I bought this product in May,I've used it three times & it stopped working,it would turn on but wouldn't heat up,I've sent it back to be fixed or to be refunded my money.

Was bit disappointed it's ok if you want to clean the smallest of areas as long as the stains aren't bad but it takes ages as minimal amount of steam / water comes out of nozzle and if you put any of the tools on it's cleaning power is not great

Bought this to clean my windows...really good cleaner for oven as well

Not great with steam flow running out within minutes. Good for a short burst but even then with max steam turned on it doesn't last long or produce enough steam to even cope with the easiest of jobs.

Happy with my hand steamer nice and light and very easy to use.
