Easy to assemble and use

Takes a long time to heat up to steam and only one cloth, which is difficult to wash.

easy to put together and use cleans well removing hidden grime and dirt steam ready in less than half a minute

supplied cover for base not very effective for drying floor-should be thicker.these can be purchased separately. easier if tank could be filled without removing it from machine, which may be hard if you dont have good hand grip.

Water tank difficult to remove. Would help if tank had a removable cap that would enable filling when in situ

Light and easy to use. Leaves wood and tiled floors looking great in no time at all

So much better than the old bucket and mop. The floor dries a lot faster too. Light weight and the flex storage doesn't involve having to bend to wind it on, so overall great for those for whom this might be a problem.

I have floor areas which are just too narrow for the cleaning head but still require cleaning. Very hard, or impossible, to get the water tank off to refill if you have small hands or a weak grip.

Sliding out of the water container can be difficult especially if you do not have alot of strength in you fingers.

Hard work

Well built, easy to set up and use. Works very well on Karndean flooring, Aqualok Laminate flooring and Poly floor and Poly-safe surfaces . With carpets it's O.K (seriously stained carpets would benefit from a carpet washer) but does resurrect...

None so far.
