too heavy, too bulky, hard floor attachment is rubbish and machine DOES NOT suck up anything on hard floors. Would definitely not recommend to a friend but in honesty would not recommend to an enemy either! :-/

Although a little heavy, this machine cleans very thoroughly. Easy to use and I can certainly see a difference after using, compared to my other cleaner. With my movements being slightly limited, too heavy for me to take upstairs though.
