Only used this a few times. The extra bits you receive are good. But the steam is not as strong as my last machine. Not used it to clean anything to difficult yet, however think it might struggle

Overall I think this is a good item- it does clean effectively. It is well made and you get plenty of attachments. However, a couple of small annoyances- no way does it give 10 mins steaming and you can't refill it for ages if you care about being spat...

Excellent product,defrosted freezer in 20 mins ,cleaned tile grout easily.

Very disappointed. doesn't seem to work, no steam. have yet to return it.
