Kenwood SC5000

Absolutely useless. Had this replaced 3 times!! All failed to work after a matter of weeks..... No steam, no heat, water leaks out the bottom. A friend also bought the same and had the same problem, the company she bought it from allowed her to swap...

I have had this mop for a couple of years. I don't use it all the time but up until now it had been great! Now it doesn't heat up so no steam nothing! It's disappointing to keep testing it with no results! I wouldn't buy this brand again .

We have had this mop for a few years now, and with a bit of thought it works just fine. As the man in the house, for some reason I am in charge of the steam mop. However, I do know when it is working, and when a floor is clean - unlike most men! But...

By far the worst product I have ever purchased!! It doesn't even heat up properly and no steam comes out. Useless!!

I bought the original SC2000 mop and it lasted 10 years. Very happy with it but a bit bulky. The new model SC5000 seemed lighter and easier to use so bought that instead. Expected it to last a long time like the first but guess what? Not long after...

I bought this mop several years ago and I have had it run water all over the floor with no way to stop it other than to let it empty itself all over my floor! Now it has stopped producing steam and I've lost the manual so I came on here to find out how...

Bad till I read the reviews I thought it was me the store said I wes using it wrong now I know Time to put it in the skip and avoid kenwood in future just rubbish Things wrong no steam just water and more water than I want taught me to swear big time

So disappointed in this mop first one didn't work then replaced it with a new one worked for eight times now water is pouring out & steam doesn't work heap of rubbish ever sine I purchased this mop it always had a lot of water which I never realized...

Worse mop ever first one literally blew up a flame shot out and started smoking. We binned it. Got another and water poured from the jets, they replaced under warranty we sold that one and went to another brand...never turned back it's.so much better...
