Gave it away to friend... Did not want to have to spend more money to send it back

Because of the bad reviews of claiming how heavy it is once wet, therefore I returned the extra mop head. I do not recommend.

this mop is horrible, it's very very heavy, gets stuck trying to wring it had to end up using my hands. by the time I finished just mopping only the bathroom I had to set down with back pain. what a disappointment, shame on them.

I said all one star reviews must have been written by family and friends. I meant five stars, who else could say such a thing!!! Worst mop ever!

Mop is theoretically a good idea, but locks began sticking and were almost impossible to lock and unlock. JM can provide a dozen "how to use" videos, but that doesn't help when the product is defective. What a waste of money, waste of time to repackage...

This mop is very heavy and IMPOSSIBLE to wring out. I would not recommend these to anyone. Too expensive to send back so I am stuck with them. I would give 0 star if I could. I will continue to use my SPIN MOP!

This is nothing that great. Unable to wash all the things it says. If I hadn't thrown the box away already, I'd return it real fast. I am just stuck with another ordinary mop.

The mop should be recalled as it totally ruined and scratched my floors by the hard white plastic piece. Horrible mop and mop head!
