Fairly lightweight, easy to use on laminate floors and carpets.

Cable position at bottom of machine - tends to get in the way or be run over. Will try to solve this by strategic use of a rubber band around handle. Needs frequent emptying as capacity of dust box not great.

Very powerful, tools reach top of the stairs easily, long lead and light enough to take upstairs when needed. Does exactly what it say it will.

A very minor point but the cable tidy at the back of the hoover is fiddly, there doesn't appear to be enough room on the holders to accommodate the entire wrapped cable easily so often some of the cable falls off when it is being put away after use -...

Very long extension hose enables the entire stairs to be cleaned with the main machine being left at the bottom of the stairs providing effortless cleaning.

Dust container not that large resulting in frequent emtying of the container.

Long hose to reach up stairs but no suitable tool is provided to clean the stairs with. How anyone can expect you to be able to clean stairs with a tool only 3cm wide is beyond me.

A bit fiddly to empty dust container. Previous bagless vacuum cleaners that I have owned required the use of a single release catch in order for container to empty from its base. This product needs to be taken apart and tipped up in order to empty. Ok...

Easy to use especially on the stairs. I have many animals so it has been excellent in picking up fur on floors.

Only one and thats not really that bad, more annoying.....the long hose keeps falling out of its holder and you end up having your leg sucked rather than the floor!!!
