The feel of the Vaccum Cleaner is "plastic" but we are happy with the performance, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Able to use alternative bags also lightweight making it easy to move about

Limited ease of use because the length of electric cable, not even long enough to reach top of normal staircase. This also means moving to lots of different plug points during hoovering. My old eletrolux mondeo was much better.

washable bag, hepa filter, pet turbo brush, tools on board, metal sturdy hose pipe, and 360 swivel of hosepipe so it does not keep falling out. Light to carry round,. Loved it so much I bought my 70 year old mum one as well, and she loves it too!

lead could be longer, metal hosepipe could extend more to make it longer. Too short for my husband to use as he is 6ft!

Cheap! That the main good point. Turbo brush is included as well. Baged vacuum! Mush easier cleaning compared to bagless vacuum cleaners.

The build materials look very cheap. Personally, I would go for a more expensive model and other brand etc. Bosch or Miele.
