It's so good to have a vacuum cleaner that is efficient after the one I've put up with for years, hoping it would break down.

Options good, select spin options with temp. Quiet

Powerful, silent

No cushioning if it hits furniture ( some foam around the body would be useful)

very easy to move around and plenty of power .

Ease of use from carpet to wooden floor.

Wished they would make a bagless version.

Picks up well, quiet, long cable to reach right across rooms/up a flight of stairs without stopping to reposition the plug, feels solid, looks good.

Cable doesn't rewind very easily. I think there's a knack but I haven't quite discovered it yet. Not terribly easy to store.

Much lighter than my previous cylinder (which was top of the range 8 years ago) - but very good pick up of pet hair - more powerful and stronger suction - very long lead.

I can't seem to keep the brush heads firmly on the poles - previous cylinder had a clicking in mechanism which you had to release. Just now and again they come off. I am concerned that if I push them in too hard I might not be able to release them when...

Excellent suction, light weight & relatively easy to manoeuvre and it looks great!

Flex doesn't always retract 1st time, sometimes you have to pull it all out before it will fully retract
