Instructions were easy to follow. This product worked well and made a good job of messy carpets!

A little difficult to clear out hair that it picked up, despite having vacuumed the carpet prior to use, as per instructions.

It is very easy to use! I didn't think my carpets were actually that dirty until I washed them! Brilliant Value for money, considering it would have cost about 70% of the price i paid just to hire a carpet cleaner, Im thrilled with what I got!

So much better than I have come to expect so I have to say... to my surprise....none.

Great for cleaning tiled floor in utility room which gets heavy tread from muddy pets. It really cleans quickly and even brings up the grout between tiles. Also leaves the tiles virtually dry avoiding need to wait for it to do so and slip risk.

For carpet cleaning, it is a little on the small side. Great for just little patches,but would take a long time to do a whole room and another larger carpet cleaner would be a better option. With that said, it does clean very well and I would...

Comes with straightforward instructions and is easy to use - which means that I'll use it more often. Very pleased with the purchase; it was certainly worth buying and I'm looking forward to clean carpets throughout the house.
