Steam is very good. Not suitable for those with sore shoulders. Small hose attachment would make it perfect. Noisy+++++

No more sweeping and then mopping - I now just do it all in one! I have a Golden Retriever who leaves hair everywhere. It's not a problem for this machine. It might not be as efficient as a normal vacuum but it does its job and then it mops the floor....

After a previous bad experience with Bissell pleased to report this is a different kettle of fish. Ideal in our bungalow with a lot of hard floors. With the clubcard boost and delivery saver it can't be beaten.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have been delighted with the product. It is light and easy to use. One fill up is enough to do my kitchen hallway and bathroom and so far I am very pleased with the results. Seems robustly made.
