Slower than I had expected. Booting up, loading simple programs etc

For a brand new computer, it is SLOW!!!!. I just waited 20 minutes for a restart, and finally had to turn the thing off and then back on. That was not what I was expecting, nor is it good enough for Dell.

For the cost of this all included machine I have a great product. I highly recomend this computer.
