Compared to our last one it is very quiet

It is not an easy machine to load and there seems a lot of wasted space

Nowt as they sent me the wrong one!!

They sent me the wrong one and I have to arrange for them to pick it up and then I have to arrange for them to send me the right one. Very poor customer service attitude!!

Feels good quality, looks nice and does the job. The eco programme is amazing - it takes a while but everything I have thrown at it comes out gleaming. Way better than my old dishwasher.

Installation. I had it installed but the existing door panel was too small and had I ordered and fitted more filler strips from Hotpoint, the fixing holes on the dishwasher door would be too high for the door. My only option was to have the dishwasher...

There were not enough Spacer bars to fill the gap between the control panel and the cupboard door satisfactory. Emailed Hotpoint to order some more but they haven't bothered to reply. Have managed to space them by siliconing in some cut off tile spacers
