Very good machine....matched other products in my kitchen

Cutlery basket

the intensive wash is brill it gets everything clean

the rail at the top of the dishwaher that holds the big cutlery keeps coming off when you pull or push the drawer open and shut

Buttons and colour nothing else

Bottom tray has fixed plate holders big problem when u have odd shape casserole or big dishes and plates I hate this about this dishwasher

Bottom tray comes off the runners when pulled out to fill very unstable. Cutlery tray sections much too small for standard size cutlery. Residue often left so most times need to rinse again especially glassware. Our last hotpoint dishwasher lasted 10...

Nothing whatsoever

Concerned when I initially saw the interior racks but quickly discovered that they were the best and most versatile of any I had used before. Love this dishwasher and Hotpoint have rectified some issues from previous models.

Do not think the quality of materials used match their previous models, only time will tell.

It looks nice that's the only good thing about this dishwasher.

From the first ever wash I put on it all comes out dirtier than it went in. Really not happy as this wasn't cheap and I'm having to wash everything 2 or 3 times and even then I end up washing it up by hand. Cups come out worse than they went in. If I...
