Went rusty inside called helpline but it seems rust isn't covered in the waranty would not recomend this product in any way shape or form utter rubbish and helpline survice well under par no body there knows the product or who to put you on to for help

The salt reservoir hadn't been tightened before it left the factory which resulted in a rust mark around the reservoir. This marked my cutlery and saucepans. However, since tightened by the engineer I have had no problems with it.

The cycles are very long and could dry better and if using the rapid cycle it does not dry at all. I don't like the cutlery holder as the small items fall through and the holder gets stuck.

Got 2,neither worked. Sent them back. Stag not helpful.
