Had a similar model for 8 yrs and still going ok but left in old house, so Bosch was natural choice for new house! It's a great basic model, saw no point in paying more for features that won't get used! It's simple to use, nice and quiet and washes...

Would be good to have an electronic instruction manual

Speedy delivery - kept up-to-date on progress of product

We got this dishwasher less than two months ago and already it has stopped working and I have had to call out an engineer - who is coming in four days time. Not what I expected. I thought Bosch were reliable.

Great value dishwasher, which cleans really well. Excellent delivery and installation service from John Lewis.

Water inlet pipe vibrates noisily and the engineer says it happens. Not very helpful. The plate racks are not well thought out and it is difficult to fill the machine and keep things from banging together, especially glasses and cups.

Great, pricey, but does what it's supposed to, washes plates etc. Does not have intensive cycle, however, normal programme does the job.

Decided on the Bosch dishwasher as I have a Bosch washing machine which i value greatly
