I use a USB to SATA adapter to connect new hard drives externally before installing them in a system. This way they come up in windows as an external drive on a working system and I can run a full diagnostic on them before going through all the effort...

just bought it few hours ago upgraded from 60GB to 250GB wroth it very ez to install i give it 5.5 rating nottin else :)

I bought this to upgrade my black macbook's hard drive memory. Worked a treat. Now I have a larger hard drive to fill up.

I already own a 160GB WD and because of it, I went for this one. I was not disappointed. WD has kept up a consistent performance through all their models. I am WD user for life!!

I got this drive recently in order to backup both my files on my work computer and on my home computer. It is working great so far! I really like that it is powered over usb as well. The software on the drive is great too; I like the WDSync especially....

i still think it was worth buying this product. It has a good fair capacity in which you can save some important documents or whatever, like pictures for instance.Pros- light compact sizeCons- USB cable might be a little bit short for some users.Great...
