I now have a working Ring which seems good but: a) You will almost certainly need an electrician. b) Support is in the US - you will end up speaking to people with very mixed knowledge of the UK package. Some good some bad and I never got the same one...

When the engineer came to fit this it turned out to be faulty. The replacement was fitted and works fine. Sometimes my phone has trouble connecting to the doorbell so there isn't the ability to see the live view/ there is a delay in viewing the live...

Having sorted out the wiring issue, I opted for the Pro instead of the Ring 2. It was easy to set up, but disappointing was the fact it didn't come with any of the wedges to angle it. It comes with 4 different faceplates. Picture quality is much better...

Well presented and packaged product, lots of attention to detail! Good and clear instructions, all simple to install (I am an electrician). Only drawback is the time it takes to see the camera once its detected activity, its almost 30 seconds!!!!
