Somehow, our phone came without instructions - it was so easy to program. Everything on the screen is crisp and clear and so easy to see. This phone looks professional

Caller ID reads backwards...the image is reversed and the LED doesn't come through fully.

I really like this phone and the ability to add more phones is great. Easy to use. My only downside to this phone is the ring volume. Extremely hard to hear even with changing the different tones.

Unit failed on 2nd day. LCD screen is totally scrambled

I liked mine and bought one for my son and daughter in law

Batteries would have cost as much for my old phone as the price of this new one so just got a new one. Nothing special.

Nothing to add

Can use the phone while working outside and make a call on the intercom to someone in the house.
