This phone is very poor quality, static, cuts out, sounds like you are in a tunnel, cannot use near computer signal gets lost.Sorry I bought it and I cannot return it because I threw away the packaging.

You'll pretty much need to be standing within 10 feet of the base or you can plan on loosing reception

Overall, the phone is adequate. However, it is not user friendly. It should be much more straightforward to lower the ringer volume and mute the call -- I shouldn't have to pore through a user manual to figure that out.
