If the users would read the instructions, they would have a better experience. You can use multiple handsets at the same time, using the intercom function, it's in the instruction book!

This is a good looking phone. But the sound quality is not good. I called Phillips to see what i could do. They said change it out with another from the store. I did this and the same problem. sound was like it was digitally affected, coming from a tin...

We've only had the phone for a couple of weeks and it allows for great flexibility, but I cannot fairly make an assessment without using it more often.

Nearly 2 years of use. In the middle of conversation, the voice drops off, only to find out the battery is dead. This is after just coming out of the phone cradle/charger overnight. Really. it's a well known company but the product with all respect...

Despite having three handsets, only one handset can be used at a time. So, people can't pick up an extension to join a call. Philips claims this is normal. I claim it is ridiculous.
