The cost

Dial is difficult to see.I had to mark it with nail polish to know how far round it was set

First one we had stopped working after 24 hours second one the interior glass spinning plate cracked and subsequently shattered.

It does what it should do without fuss.

Indicator point (black) on control knobs not always easy to see. A white arrow would be better.

I brought this for my office at work so cannot talk confidently about all aspects of the design, however, the parts I have used are very efficient.

The timer control is not digital therefore it is not an exact timer

timer is not digital so not quite accurate and reliable

Excellent value for money

If you need to time for less than a minute then it's not possible, However, for the price you pay what does it matter, use some other timing device.

small size means larger dinner plates don't fit well

Colour is not very good.
