Lead a bit short at 1m, complicated operation but I'll get used to that

Instructions very clear. I am in my late 70's and found it easy to follow

Power went off the third week of use and it's now back with the distributors who are waiting for spare parts. I bought it Christmas 2014 and it lasted until the last week of January 2015. Disappointed to say the least

not that easy to use, too many steps simply to heat something up in the microwave
