Default setting of 3mins, is not good as you alwatys have to amend it? The Smartbar code feature waste of time, as not many products in ASDA have this system, Noise at night time

Very easy to use. Good looking in a modern kitchen. Loved the oven. I use it all the time the small oven cookes cakes and puddings beautifully. I use the oven and two rakes and can make a victoria sponge in no time, perfect every time. ******* rated

touch pads take some time to get use to. Barcode scanner is a novelty!

Had a problem with the start button. Had to take out plug for a while and leave to reset itself before plugging back in. Difficult to scan smart codes when you can find any on packaging (haven't yet)used smartcodes on samsung website

The defrost facility has a bug wherein the unit stops after a few seconds prompting you to "turn the food over", when it doesn't require to be turned so soon into the defrost programme.

Very useful piece of equipment

Seems rather faulty - cuts out now and again. Steam clean function not working properly.

Simple to use. Scanning system for pre-set items highly effective. Easy to clean.

Still cannot find any products on sale that carry the scanning codes. Control touch panel occasionally locks up during use, only cured by switching oven supply off and on.
