Good looks, large capacity. Matches very well with other hotpoint ovens especially the 'Openspace' models. Very powerful, heats food up really quickly and there are lots of features and settings.

Like most people, I value ease of use in an appliance. I don't think I should have to study the owners manual to learn how to use a microwave. The design and layout of the buttons and dials does not make for an easy experience for the average user...
