I don't like the lift up door for a drawer. I also lost some space because of the configuration around the tray - takes space from shared drawer. My previous model was just a tray.

I returned this freezer and paid quite a bit more to get one I was happy with. I lost a freezer full of food as it does not show the temperature on the outside and I did not know it was not working. In fairness Beko did allow me to return this product...
