Cuisinart Mini Prep Processor

I just used this Cuisinart Mini Prep to grind my fresh bread crumbs, in less than a minute and prep for Salmon burgers.

Chops quickly but you have to stir a couple of times or only the food in the bottom half get chopped.

I don't cook a lot any more because I am a One person household. When I do cook and use my cuisinart I really enjoy it it is just the right size for a single home. My hands give me a lot of trouble and with my cuisinart I can do most of my chopping....

I wanted a prep machine to dice and chop veggies etc. This processor cuts and chops uneven-and if you want to contue to chop or dice the full amount it just goes into mush--So I am not sure what to make of this.. Probably good for other items but not...

I love this little chopper. It is perfect for chopping vegetables very quickly. Works great. No more crying while dicing onions!

I may be a bit biased since I love Cuisinart appliances, but this little chopper is worth its weight in silver at least. Easy to use, easy to clean, chops chunky, chops fine - what more can you ask for? Oh, it's pretty too.

Love this processor. It's so easy to use and clean. Use it to chop herbs and nuts.

It's a nice little unit, but I decided to return it. It doesn't have slice or grate blades that I would expect from a "food processor." To be fair, the description doesn't claim that it has those features, but they do use the word "processor." I'm sure...
