This is a powerful machine. It slices through meat like butter. A little dificult to clean but worth it.

Made for home use, not commercial use. The spikes are made of plastic and are not long enough to hold the meat in place, so the meat keeps sliding out into the blade. We keep having to turn off the slicer to move the meat back into place.
