I am not an electrician, but I do know that most home outlets are at 120 volts ac not 110/115. And if you read the description you should know that this is 240 volts

So next time before you embarrass yourself, please read the description, because this states that it is 240. With that being said, NO IT WILL NOT PLUG INTO A STANDARD PLUG
