Good quality feel to it. Works very well and produces good hot coffee rather than the lukewarm offerings of some other machines. Comes with a book of recipes which I have enjoyed trying. Can't fault it.

Lovely looking thing. we were particularly taken by the separate water container (other manufacturers please copy)! Unfortunately for the life of us we could get it to make a full jug of coffee it would only do it 1/3rd at at a time. Argos were very good.
