If you have any problems with your coffee machine remember to call Nespresso first, do not return to the store in the first instance as Nespresso will trouble shoot and send out engineer or new product if needed.

Coffee is not hot enough. You need to warm the cup and the milk to get a warm coffee....and I mean warm not hot.....surprised others have not mentioned this....
