We saw this machine on Ebay and after a couple of goes we bought it for about $490 from someone in QLD. We fiddled with the grind and dose settings and tried to get a good strong brew with little success. Changing beans did not make much difference...

BUYER BEWARE. If your machine dies after waranty, even if it is only just out, you are on your own. We even wonder if the "authorised" repairer Knew what a Gaggia machine was. Looking at buying another machine but will stay well clear of Gaggia and...

Love it its my best friend in the kitchen, especially when we have visitors. It makes a great coffee with quality crema and is so easy to use. Because the machine is such great value I can afford good quality beans.

Do NOT under any circumstance buy one of these as it will only bring you grief. I have moved on to a semi automatic and do not regret the move and the extra money.

Overall it is a good coffee machine. We have had it for about 1 year and it works well with no problems. I would recomend it.

Wish we had brought a different brand, VERY glad we had an extended Warranty as recommended by Salesman ( he must have Known Something )

I wish i never bought this thing, and I wonder why I replaced my ol' Breville! Italian brand....you would assume it would make good espresso, wouldn't you? Weak and horrible to drink! Don't buy this thing!

Questa è un ottima macchina per il caffè.... il caffè come al bar (rende l'idea) Volevo acquistarla in quel periodo sembra che tutti la pensavano come me... sarà che il negozio fece proprio una promozione con un piccolo sconto e visto il prezzo...

E' facile da usare e utilizza sia il caffè in grani che quello macinato. Il piacere di avere a casa lo stesso gusto del caffè del bar! attualmente posseggo un altra macchina da caffè ma credo proprio che presto acquisteṛ questa fantastica macchina....
