Makes great coffee fast and keeps it hot for hours.

i have this for about few weeks and so far has been great. it is very easy to use with great coffee. even though bought it refurbished but some how looks brand new.

Love this coffee pot so much, when I saw this deal bought this one for backup. If the one I have goes out I'm ready.(the one I have now is same model)It's 5 years old.

Upon receiving, I did not realize they had the water filter, coffee filters inside the pot, so I made a pot of hot water to test the unit, only to find that the items were inside the pot (lol). I have not used the programming features yet, and it did...

I have a problem with filling the maker with out making a small mess. Will have to try different pictures.

it works. coffee is fine. haven't tried all the features but probably won't as i just use it with out programming. wish they included the gold mesh filter. was surprised it was not included.

Overall a god product, did not get a gold filter with this product as it was refurbished and not noted in refurbish ad. Coffee stays hot for several hours and taste real good; cone filters help taste I believe.

Item was delivered broken. Heating does not work and making coffee takes like 10 minutes.
