overall phone is very good, i have had no problems as yet,only had it 2 weeks.

Slide not easy to use one handed. You always have to unlock it to use. Screen will get scratched in time.

This product is easy to use and has alot of usefull features such the easy access to my music files.

The bad points for this products are that i would of thought the camera could of been abit better for a 3.2mp and the slider does get stuck some times.
