Overall was exactly what i wanted a basic phone

However i could not hear it ring in my pocket, even on the highest setting, whilst outdoors, we would have returned but had a slight mark on the body, so thought we would have been turned down for a refund !!

its easy to use, i am over sixty years of age and find this phone compact and has all the features i require.

the only bad point is the sound quality but this could be the fact when you get older your hearing is not as sharp.

small, slim, & dinky, light :) good looking (the phone not any men i know!!!!)

keys too close, which looks good but hard to press correct keys ;(

compact and bijoux, the sound choices are fab

the battery life is too short and needs re-charging quickly,
