The Sanyo SPC-3200 is definitely a family friendly unit and a great way for busy families to stay in contact with a touch of a button. While not loaded with bells and whistles, the unit is a great way to introduce kids to responsible cell phone usage.

Good, clear calls wherever we go. Terrible battery life in standby. Lots of great features, GPS, Walkie Talkie (free with Nextel). Cons: 24-36 hours in standby; Sprint charges for every, every service. Including those free with other providers.

Very happy with my new Sanyo SCP-3200 and service. Sprint offers everything that I need and I have coverage in places that I didn't think I would. Very satisfied.

A great first phone for young teenagers it has everything that they will ever need its a phone, camera and bluetooth and is a pretty attractive phone that young teens will like and like to use also in expenisve and easy to find in the shops.
