phone seems to work OK but cheap plastic cover for back of phone which covers battery will fall off when phone is taken out of pocket numerous times during the day which if not noticed could lead to battery damage .

I returned the phone due to another one came out right after with an update, so i EXCHANGE IT.I have found the LG Phones to have excellent features, I have2 other LG Phones.

I had absolutely no problems with setting up this phone. Love it.

I thought the host said email and text were free. Well she said with wifi but that doesnt include text. Also, seriously, that keyboard is an antique. Returned

The phone is an older model. When I charged it up but didn't activate it the date was Jan 1, 2010. Really! Sent it back and order the TSV 3G LG phone with free WiFi. More minutes and a little bigger phone.I hope that I can find a better looking...

Six calls to Tracfone's customer service and the phone still doesn't work. Attempts to fix the problem via their website is also useless. I've been told I need more "bars" to make or receive a call. The phone shows the max of 4, and it still doesn't...

Bought this phone for my husband. Already a tracfone user. Too good of a deal to pass up. Can't buy the minutes and time for this price.Nice little phone.
