Attractive design, excellent quality.

A little complicated to use, and buttons on remote, even the most used, e.g. MENU button, are very small.

Ease of use, good picture quality. Quiet operation.

Tuner not as sensitive as my Sagem freeview box so need to use that for some channels. When freeview box is connected to AV2 it "takes over" the picture so you have to switch it (the freeview box) off to be able to see some of the controls eg recording...

Easy to use.

You cannot choose a channel when using the programme guide. You have to come out of the guide and use the ok button. I have only had the unit 3 months and the power has completely failed.

SLEEK APPEARANCE. EASY TO UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTION MANUAL. QUIET WHEN RUNNING. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

Very difficult to use, not at all user friendly. Very poor instruction, full of jargon words I cannot understand.
